Our support services include:-
  • Helpdesk & Remote Support - for software faults and user based issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance - regular onsite health checks to maintain backups, network security, and deal with IT problems.
  • Server Monitoring - this enables us to spot potential problems and act before they escalate.
  • Out of Hours telephone support - As part of our standard support we offer out of hours telephone support to all our clients.
